Yep they would - with maths you always have balance of probability (absent hard evidence) - but for all the reasons noted above fake ballots provides a fitting answer. I also have some additional data on voted and net migration out of Dem states - which shows a massive increase in votes as outward migration increases - hands vote one way and feet another !!!!

Yes correct - I focused on a new and maybe easier to understand angle,, i.e. changes versus historic trend, but everything you say is correct.
