Resistance is essential discussion - 27th Aug 6 pm (London)

Paid subscribers and Patrons are invited to a fun evening of discussion about how we can jointly beat the increasingly authoritarian system on a grass roots basis. Our last evenings have been great fun and represent a good opportunity to chat informally with some serious dissenters. Previous guests include Norman Fenton, Claire Craig, Simon Elmer, Kathy Gyngell and others. The event will take place on 27th August 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Games Room at Heist Bank, near Paddington Station, London.

Places are limited and will go on a priority basis to Patrons and paying Substack subscribers. Any remaining places will be sold to non-paying Substack subscribers on a first come, first served basis (so become a paid subscriber and then apply!). The format will be a short presentation from Alex Kriel with a focus on resisting the inevitable increase in authoritarian government. We will have an open mic where everyone can comment, we have often stayed late for informal banter.
